Guacamole, bacon, baby gem lettuce, beef tomato and hour homemade pesto aioli.

The Vegan Sambo – €8
Guacamole, hummus, pickled red cabbage, beef tomato, baby gem lettuce and faro dicocco (ancient Italian grain). Served on sourdough.

Honey roast beetroot, baby potato, roast red pepper, broccoli, butter beans, cavola nero, toasted flaked almond, honey and balsamic dressing. Served with sourdough and baba ganoush.
